Okay so this is a funny story/problem. My keyboard has a short on my M6810 laptop, it types two letters at the same time on certain keys. So if I type in 'sf' it'll give me 'sxfv'. Anyway, I brought it to BB the first time and he said he can't send it back with missing drivers (I did a WinXP Pro reinstall, missed a few drivers, but none relating to the keyboard). So then I got kinda ticked so I went home, did a complete factory restore with the included CD. I got to the Windows setup screen and I when it asks you to type in your name as a user (you know when you load windows for the first time it asks for the main user and other users if you have family or something) I typed it in and then it did the same thing, keys were messed up. So I said to myself, "Great! Time to bring it back." Brought it back a second time and this time, when I sat down at the BB service table (this was the next day so different tech) I could not get the keys to do what they were doing earlier for the life of me. I was there for 20 minutes before the guy looked at me like I was crazy and then told me to go home because it was fine now.
So now... after the story... what should I do. Take it back to BB until that sucker breaks in front of their face? Or should I find a way to fix it on my own?
