Key remapping/macro program?

I'd like to map a keyboard key to its letter and a right click directly afterwards.

And brownie points for anyone who can figure out why.

What program can I use?

Sounds like a macro program is the way to go. Whats the most uncomplicated, simplistic, low memory usage macro program that will still work within a game and fits my usage needs?
 
That only seemed to work for the ctrl alt and shift keys, unless theres a newer version. If there is, got a link?
