Is there a good, easy to use keylogger out there that actually works?

I know this may be controversial, but my sister is frightened to death that my 13 year old niece is speaking to a peodophile over msn and through e-mail on her laptop. She uses a yahoo a/c (which we can't access) and with MSN she doesn't save conversation history. We believe most of it is going on through e-mail and she has met this 30 year old feak already.
 
I used this one a really long time ago when I suspected my roomate at the time was using my PC to look up porn on the internet (I have no problem with looking at porn on the internet, it's pretty disgusting when you use someone elses computer to do it)

They have demo's of their keyloggers that will record everything but numbers and symbols. The program itself is a little expensive ($99), but it might be worth it for your sister. If they're running Win95 or Win98, they have Invisible Keylogger '97 that's only $30.
