Watching it now: http://commandyourwish.com/

In short, this is a disc set. Some people paid $10,000 to go to a two day seminar "in the Alps in Europe" and every one of them afterward said it was the best investment of their life.

This program is a recording of that information. It will "train your mind" to literally attract things to you that you want. Whether it's losing weight, getting wealthy, etc.

You can buy it now for 70% off (there is actually no price given on screen--you need to call). There is a price online, though.

Also, he will give a "personal exclusive" invitation-only offer to join a global network of wealthy people. Remember, this is invitation only.

My favorite part is that he has actually called people like me a loser. He says some will watch this and if they pick up the phone it proves they're already different. Those who go "bah!" are losers and will stay losers. According to him a loser is somebody who blames everybody else for their problems and does not succeed. The litmus for these people is if they call to buy his program or not. If they don't, they will remain a loser for ever. Like me.

Kevin Trudeau, BTW, has been legally compelled to not sell products for some years now, which is why he only ever sells books/CDs. He is such a snake oil salesman he is not allowed to even sell the stuff now.

The reason this infomercial is so good is because it takes all of the psychological FUD peddling he's learned and uses it to compel people to buy a product that incredibly promises them virtually magical powers. Not just weight loss. Not just wealth. Everything.

He's an excellent snake oil salesman. Very convincing.
He is. I can absolutely see why somebody watching who's perhaps not super smart and is in a bad place would out of desperation get this because it actually promises them a complete solution to their life.

Yup.

It's easy enough to get suckered into this crap if you haven't trained yourself to analyze the content of what people say and what their intentions are.

Especially when it's presented in a way as to connect on an emotional level.

I think courses should be offered in college on suggestive/manipulative advertising. Once people learn how people like Kevin prey on their emotion it makes it very easy to spot these scams from a mile away. It sucks that people get taken for tens of thousands of dollars all the time though.

People like that strike me as slime. I wonder what he's like in person/with family and friends.

It's pretty common knowledge that the easiest way to make millions is to write a book on how to make millions.

He has just repackaged Laws Of Success by Napoleon Hill. Great set of books and interesting history behind them.

In the infomercial he was talking about relaying knowledge that "they don't want you to know". I think this is a staple in his marketing.

On the link...
Napoleon Hill published 118 hand-made copies of The Law of Success in 16 Lessons in 1925.

It contained such potent information that a faction of The Brotherhood (lead by Henry Ford) forced Hill to censor it.

The "watered down" version he created for the second printing is the 1928 edition of the book that is commonly available in most book stores.

When you finish listening to all 14 CDs in Your Wish is Your Command I will further your Law of Attraction training by mailing you a Collector's Edition reprint of this ultra-rare book!

I'd be all in favor of teaching it far sooner, say grade school.

1 - If I remember correctly, the reason he sells books these days is because they are protected by freedom of speech. This guy is such a good scammer that it impresses me.

2 - He's now trying to rip off The Secret which promised basically the same thing. I was dating a girl who worked in a book store when that came out and she was blown away by how many retards would buy that book. Positive thinking is very powerful, but come on. Let's get real.

That said, I like Kevin Trudeau. There's something about his "you can't touch me" attitude and the way he never gives up that's a bit inspiring. Try to keep in mind that this guy isn't like a military recruiter who cons you into wasting a few years of your life. He's basically selling pet rocks and the most you lose is the cost of the product.

Conspiracy theories sell. I was searching for documentaries on google videos a few days ago and a good half of my results were conspiracy videos. I think I searched for "documentary".

So he sold physical products before? What did he sell?
