If Edward Snowden has published the material he leaked as a book, would the US government not have gone after him then? There are already many ways in which 'publishing a book' might lead to judicial proceedings (libel, copyright violation, national security...). So to say it should NEVER be a crime implies you want a lot of laws changed.
 
There are so many huckster on tv and they zeroed in on kevin. There are home flippers , mop peddler, the indian doctor and the arthritis healer etc.
