Kevin Trudeau... #2 Best Selling Author?

Cliff notes at the bottom 😀

So I'm watching last night's Daily Show, and suddenly, John Stewart brings up my favorite infomercial guy, Kevin Trudeau. If you don't know who Mr. Trudeau is, I suggest you google him, but the short of it is, the guy was fined $2 million by the FTC for making false medical claims on a variety of products AND he was also convicted of credit card fraud using credit card numbers of his customers.

So anyway, Trudeau's latest venture is the promotion of his book "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You To Know About." "They" of course, meaning the government/drug companies/The Man/anyone who might profit in the medical field. According to Mr. Trudeau, the book contains cures for cancer (multiple cures actually), foolproof ways to beat addiction (whether it's hard drugs or otherwise) and cures/therapies for just about any other disease you can think of. In reality, the $30 book more or less tells you to signup under a monthly fee at Trudeau's website because, due to the FTC and FDA, he can't actually publish all these cures because that would be considered "giving medical advice."

Ok, so obviously this guy is a thief and a crook, but I had NO idea this guy had made the Bestsellers list. It never fails to amaze me how gullible and stupid the majority of people are. The first things that ran through my mind when I saw this guy's infomercial was BULLSH*T... but there are actually people out there who believe everything this guy says. DUH the government doesn't want to cure your cancer, and you'll NEVER get your hands on their magic electromagnets which suck the cancer right off your bones.

Ah, but the best part was, they had a clip from an infomercial I hadn't seen before that was hosted by non other than Tammy Faye. I was rolling on the floor laughing after that. A famous ex-televangelist, peddling a crook's wares... priceless.

Cliff notes:
1. Crook is fined $2million for false advertising and is convicted of credit card fraud.
2. Proceeds to start selling a book of "Natural Cures."
3. Gullible retards all over the world turn it into a NY Times best seller.
4. Tammy Faye is one of the ugliest women alive.
5. And I hate televangelists.

I would love to have a discussion about how much a fvktard that guy is but the times don't warrant jubilent thought🙁

today is so incredibly sad🙁

QFT and I agree, that guy and all of his customers are the accidental offspring of a giant douche and a turd sandwhich.

I don't think Tammy faye was a televangelist per say, her husband Jim was. She was just there for moral support.

he's a gansta....

his tapes on memory management were pretty good, but haha, knowing him, he was just reading some other dudes book and recording it... ahah
