Well, you missed the portion of the article that he referenced then tried to cover your overlooking that fact with some b.s. point about quoting.
It was painfully obvious that he was pulling a section from the article he linked at the top of his post If anything, I thank him for not including the entire article. Personally, if I want to read more on an article, I'll click on it.
Look, you didn't check it out before you claimed he'd said it. That's fine. No big deal. All it takes is a "Whoops, my bad, I didn't notice that" and you're instantly on to a new topic. By not doing that, you don't exactly come across in the best light. You don't come across as some besieged crusader, nor some valiant voice of the minority. You come across as somebody who simply made a mistake. That's ok. I make em all the time.
