kernel32.dll error

Getting the error message, "AOL has caused and invalid page fault in kernel32.dll." AOL tech says this is a program error and not AOL's problem. Does anyone know what causes this and how to correct it?

Try uninstalling AOL and reinstalling it... I remember when i used to use AOL it would do random things like that to my machine
