Upon upgrading to Lion last week I've noticed that my computer will no longer wake from sleep without a kernel panic. Sleep time before crashing is >15 minutes, so thats a "deep" sleep. I disabled hibernation and deleted the disk image or whatever its called.
To be fair, I did upgrade to 8 GB of Mushkin RAM prior to the Lion upgrade and did not test it out 100% in Snow Leopard.
Anybody seen kernel panics upon trying to wake from sleep? Could it be a software issue? I am running MemTest now and will replace stock RAM tomorrow to weed out hardware problems.
Stock setup, no external anything including mouse/keyboard. Reset SMC and PRAM to no avail.
Computer runs 100% fine while awake upon reboot, for hours at a time, so I'm not sure if its bad RAM or not since that should cause a random crash intermittently right?
