Well, I had to go to the 2.4.x kernel. Well, everything went fine, until I rebooted. It's seems to be working fine, but I can't do anything. The keyboard & mouse will not work. The cursor on the "K login " is flashing, but can't get out or anything. I can use my rescue disk to load it up, but did I do it right? when I do "uname -a" off the rescue disk is stil says "2.2.20". Is the 2.4.x kernel loading? Is the 2.2.20 just off the floppy? If this is normal, how can I see what went wrong??? How can I work on the kernel??

How do I go about doing that? Just do the process again? Or is there a way from the rescue disk that I can do that?
