Kernal 32dll fault??

Just did a clean install of Win ME on a Dell P2/400-128mg ram-onboard video and audio-Linksys
10/100 NIC. (simple enough)--all seemed well-but when running Datek's java streamer- the 32DLL
fault pops up, and of course crashes ALL open IE windows-I understand this may be a vague question but any intelligent guesses would be appreciated..

Less than well-written java can crash anything...

And all IE windows crash because you have multiple windows using a single process in task manager instead of multiple windows using separate processes. If using multiple processes, opening a new IE from within the existing window will not start the new processes, but continue using the original process. However, opening from Start Menu / desktop / quicklaunch bar will start the new IE using a new system process.
