I cant get a list for CS:Source and have been looking for the page that would let me allow all connections for steam.

Im using the trial version of kerio with trial a of nod32.
 
open kerio and clik on network security, on anyother applications make the "in" on trusted and internet "ask". Now when u start cs u will get a popup to allow or deny connection.
