They're on closeout for $4.50. No rebates, just a straight $4.50. Granted these are not high quality cams, but you can't go too wrong at $4.50

In the Office Max ad they've got the Kensington PC VideoCam for $19.99 but they list the original price as $39.99

i got this webcam for free after rebate a while back......it's quality isn't great but it is pretty good......THERE IS NO WINDOWS 2000 SUPPORT FOR THIS WEBCAM.......
Be careful with the Circuit City rebates these days.
Not only do you have to make 2 or 3 submissions, but in the case of this web cam, they are trying to resurrect an old Kensington $10 rebate which supposedly expired last fall. I used that one already, and expect troubles using it again.
I have also found that the rebates fulfilled by Circuit City themselves (Virginia address) are very slow, and require constant pestering to get paid.
The only reason I continue to use their rebates is that the items can be ordered online, and the stores almost always mess something up, in my favor. This means that I end up with an equivalent item for the after rebate price out the door or get a $10 GC or free CD from the manager.

No, it shouldn't be regional. When an item hits a $XX.50 that means that it is gone when gone. It's a clearance item. At that point is usually will not go any lower and the store will not get anymore back on their shelves.
I picked up the last two webcams in a Minneapolis BB early this afternoon!!! Cheap way to get my feet wet in webcamss . . .
