Kenmore gas range ignitor failing

Gas range model is 79072903010 . Four burners.

one burner completely dead (no clicking sound), another is hard to ignite (have to try several times)
.
the part price is $116.41 direct from Sears, any cheaper good or compatible alternatives from different sources?

It looks like the small set screw (don't know the size) rusted and stuck on the pan.

I need to find a way to unscrew it so I can remove the burner first before I can lift the pan. 🙁

Well, it seems the screw is 316540900 , sold online any where between $10-$30 for one tiny screw, 😡

#12 on the chart

I was wrong, the first post is for oven. 🙁

I think the burner parts should be
11C # 316536602 and 11 # 316536622

11C is around $50 and 11 is around $70

yeah. Kind of dumb that they make the whole assembly as one part when you just need the igniter. Amazon has some separate generic ignitors you might try for ~$15 for a 4pack like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM5Q9RB...p_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9kZXRhaWxfdGhlbWF0aWM. Might not fit though. Also, try just cleaning the ignitor and/or replugging them in? Might just be due to corrosion.

Extracted the screws and did some cleaning and it appears the ignition improved a bit.

But I found that when I turned the knob, sometimes the gas range seemed to ignite all four burners simultaneously? Don't these burners have their own ignitors?

Edit: I took your post stating "ignite" to mean you had fire at all four burners (with only one knob turned on), not just a spark when I wrote the following:

Shut off the gas supply line valve to the stove immediately and leave it off till repaired, as you have to have the burners leaking to cause that, even if the ignition circuit were crossed to fire all at once.
Might seem obvious but I'd start by making sure all knobs are turned fully off and if you took the knobs off the shafts while cleaning, make sure they are in the correct position on the shafts.

Sorry, I meant I just noticed that majority of the time I'll see all 4 of spark igniter electrodes sparking. However only the burner that I turned the knob will either start or not staring the fire, not all of them. Don't know if it's designed that way? But I don't see a circuit in the parts diagram.

I haven't done a survey or anything but for dated products, it's probably more common than not, that all burners spark when only one is turned on. You might see if that is mentioned in the owner's manual if you can track one down.

It's getting worse. All burners (except center one, completely forgot it) are now difficult to start the fire, randomly.

Opened the gas range top and saw this spark module 316262400

so maybe I should replace spark module 316262400 first?

instead individual surface burner orifice assembly?

search the ebay and found that 316262400 costs at least $70 if new and found the following video

The Frigidare gas range top looks exactly the same as my Kenmore. So the spark module 808608804 should be compatible? Like this one on eBay? https://www.ebay.com/itm/126477705252 (at least with a Frigidaire bag)

Or even the one from Samsung? https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=DG96-00297A&_sacat=0&LH_ItemCondition=3&_sop=15

Kenmore outsourced to a bunch of actual appliance manufacturers. Electrolux is one of them.

No idea if this helps, but 790 is Frigidaire (Electrolux)

Did you lightly sand the spark electrode tip?
