It seems like every time I see Countdown with Keith Olberman he is obsessing over something Bill Oreilly has done. Whats with his obsession with Oreilly? I wish I didn't have to watch this crap but a co-worker insists on having CNN on 24/7.

Olbermann is on MSNBC. Mostly I think Keith is playing to his audience. He is definitely the anti-Bill O'Reilly, and most of his audience loathes the guy. He used beating up on Bill when his show was new and poorly rated to build an audience. It also seems to get results, Bill-O made the classic mistake that you should learn in elementary school, when someone teases you... don't freak out and give them a good reaction. Bill has pretty much gone nuts about Olbermann and so I guess it provides him an incentive to keep jabbing at him.

Yea, you're probably right. Although, I don't watch Bill O very often, but I was under the impression that he doesn't even talk about Olberman. Maybe he did in the past and he learned his lesson, or maybe I've just missed the shows where he talks about Olberman.

He doesn't talk about him anymore... I'm pretty sure he learned his lesson. There are a bunch of audio clips out there from Bill-O's radio show where he threatened to call the cops on someone who mentioned Keith Olbermann's name on air, things like that. That was a good while ago though.

Olbermann is on MSNBC.

Thanks, lol, you can see how much I pay attention to the TV while at work. I guess my co-worker switches back and forth between CNN and MSNBC....personally, I prefer Discovery Health since we only get a few channels here.

Someone needs to call Bill O'Reilly on his BS and big ego, and Keith O does a good job of that.

He sounds like pissed off 10 year old on the playground, which IMO, really takes away from any valid point that he might have.

People take O'Reily, Limbaugh et al as gospel and it is good that someone calls these guys when they get it wrong.

Yeah, same here. I've never seen O'Reilly even talk about the guy. Olbermann just seems far too obsessed with him. No matter how much of a dimwit O'Reilly is, Olbermann makes himself look almost as bad at times.

You're being kind calling them "people". Sheeple is more appropriate.

Yes, Olberman seems juvenile with his facination of O'Reilly. It's just about everyday he has got to bring O'Reilly up.

I wish the Olberman show was on at a different time. If I don't wanna watch O'Reilly, I would switch over to MSNBC and Olberman, but crap there's O'Reilly again (on the other guy's show). It's like you can't get away from Bill O.

Olberman shoulda stuck to sports. He sucks at politics. Dan Abrams shoulda stuck to legal matters, he too sucks at politics.

And the stage should be set inside a big chain link cage. I would definitely watch that.
