Keith Ellison is an example that conservatives keep bringing up without realizing it disproves their argument. When people say ‘why believe Kavanaugh’s accusers and not Ellison’s?’ it just showcases the difference between credible accusations and non-credible ones.

The woman accusing Ellison said she had a video of his abuse. When asked to present it she refused. That indicates she is lying.

Credible makes all the difference, but will continue to be overlooked by those who want to.
 
The voters knew all about these claims before the election, it was big news. Just like the Access Hollywood tape and Trump. Those particular matters were considered by the voters and should know be treated as dead letters.

Trump, best his teeny tiny heart, has managed to get embroiled in dozens of other scandals since Access Hollywood-including his latest efforts to evade justice by killing the probe against him.

The headline from Fox is utterly dishonest, but their viewership will often read no further.

Domestic abuse is *not* sexual assault, certainly not as it relates to the alleged incident in question. I'm surprised somebody didn't point that out earlier...

Is that like the woman accusing Kavanaugh said her best friend was there... but her best friend said she has no memory of anything or being at a party with Brett Kavanaugh.

The whole innocent until proven guilty thing. The same thing hold true for Ellison also, they need more than she said.

The most important part in all of this is that the Fox headline is dishonest & inflammatory. The OP fell for it, and I suspect a lot of others have as well. The accusation against Ellison never was sexual assault.
