Keeping up with the power!

I'm about to purchase my X1800XT around christmas, but i'm unsure of the minimum power supply i should get.

Anyone have any recommendations?

1,000 Watts! JK

Any "QUALITY" PS over 400watts or so should be fine (do note the word "quality", not the cheapest PS you can find).

Solid rails are more important then overall wattage, but as long as you get a good PS from someone like Enermax or Antec (and a few others), you should be good to go... I'd say if you're shopping for a new PS, look around 480w-500w or better depending on your wallet, but a quality manufacturer is more important then overall watts.

It's better to get a 400-watt Enermax then a 500-watt no-name PS.

If you can afford to pay $179 for a power supply, do yourself a favor and get a Seasonic S12 600W

Seasonic makes some of the best power supplies and would definitely be better than an Antec TruePower.
