Keeping time synced between 200+ computers?

Looking for suggestions to keep the time of 200+ computers synced up to a internal (preferred) NTP server running on a Linux box.
 
If you have your NTP server setup and working, on your xp clients:

1. Right click on the clock and select "Adjust Date/Time"

2. On the Internet Time tab, type your NTP server's IP address into the box and click Update Now.

I believe it only synchronizes once a week.

Sure, OpenLDAP and whatever LDAP server RedHat bought a while back. But actually emulate AD also involves kerberos and getting them both setup in a way that Windows will join them as if they were AD is a good bit of work.
