Keeping Outlook 2003 on Notebook and Home PC in sync

Hello
I have Outlook 2003 on my Home PC and on my Notebook.
I need a way to have both in sync so that the incomming and outgoing mail and contacts stay the same.
The only way I found was to delete all data in the out of sync Outlook and import the .pst form the other one.
Is there a program or option to to make this task easy or even automatic ?

Thanks for your help

Mark

I use a usb key drive to do this....all you have to do is point your outlook data file to the key drive and have it plugged in whenever u load it up.
its that or keep the pst file on a network drive that both have access to and point to it there,

thanks alot
I will try the network drive idea.

Is there maybe a email program that is better for this task than Outlook 2003 ?

Is MS Exchange a useful solution ?
