Keeping new windows maximized?

When I right click and open a new window in IE, it is only 1/2 the size of my monitor. Is there a way to make it maximized whenever I open as a new window? This doesn't happen when I start IE, only when i right click and open as new window. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

IE will never open a new window maximised, or so i've found.

The next best thing I've found is to get the window, drag it out so that it fills the screen, make sure that it's not maximised, make sure all other IE/explorer windows are closed, then close that last window,

Then, when you next need to open a new window, it will fill the screen, however it won't be maximised.

I use a program called autosizer .. I can specify any program I want to open in a full window every time.. works great.

AutoSizer automatically resizes any window you specify. For instance, some web browsers open up in a non-maximized window. Using AutoSizer, you can set those windows to automatically maximize every time they?re opened. It works with almost any program, including web browsers, Notepad, etc. AutoSizer stays running in the system tray (next to the time), so it stays out of your way while it works.

Thanks for the link, jfall. That'll come in handy. Several apps don't open large enough, that I want to. I guess you can't make them open to a certain size, just maximized?
