That's not entirely true. If pot were legal, I might at some point in the future be tempted to try it, at least once, because I'm very curious about it. However, as it is currently illegal, and I don't want to be asked about it/tested for it in the future (for work-related reasons), there's no way I'm touching it right now, or any time soon.
Seriously? The only or even main reason you NEVER tried ANY drugs is because of illegality?

BTW, your work can, will and SHOULD continue to test for it even if it is legalized. Just because an activity is legal is no reason why a private employer cannot choose not to employ people who do it.
Once you leave that driveway of your house, it's no longer a private/personal choice... Unless your driving on your own private roads...

I wouldn't make that assumption. Abortion is such a divisive issue, across all ideologies, even libertarians.
