I watched this video earlier and without seeing the "other side" of what is going on... I don't get it.
The way I understand it is that one person is the defuser. In the video that's the dude with the beard, and you are watching the screen he is looking at. His goal is to solve each puzzle module on the bomb in order to stop it from exploding, but in order to solve it, he must get the solution from his teammates. His teammates are each given a separate set of instructions on how to solve various modules of the bomb puzzle, but they do not get to see the bomb itself. Since they don't know what the bomb actually looks like, the defuser has to describe the exogenous variables that each puzzle module starts with, and then the person who has the instructions to solve it must relay back the solution. All of this must be completed before the timer reaches zero.
Basically if a team of ATOT people did this, they wouldn't make it past level 1.
