I am using WinXP Pro, Detonator 23.12's WHQL, gf3ti200 on a AthlonMP1600 w/ AK35GT-R
I keep getting this error when playing Half Life or any of it's mods:
Faulting application hl.exe, version 1.1.0.8, faulting module hw.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0007341f
It also says this:

This was reported by Dr. Watson:
The application, D:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe, generated an application error. The error occured on 03/04/2002 @ 14:41:49:042 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 04AD341F (hw!QGL_D3DInit)
I noticed this error in the console of the games when the error happens:
"Overflow 500 temporary ents"
