Keep PC/screen on when locked? (Windows 10)

I'm on a dinky little Asus T100HA and cant for the life of me figure out how to keep it awake when the station is locked (plugged in)

Windows 10 is set to turn off the screen after 30 minutes but if I lock and walk away even for a few minutes it will be sleeping when I return. What setting controls this behavior?


Apparently this is a connected standby device so Microsoft calls all the shots on power now? Seems like a boondoggle that just makes my device buggy coming out of sleep.
