keep original time/date stamps when importing into OL2003 from Netscape 7.1

I'm working for a client that needs their e-mail exported, with time/date stamps intact from Netscape Mail 7.1 to Outlook 2003. This sounds easy right? First import the mail from Netscape 7.1 to Outlook Express and from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. Wrong... All his time/date stamps are gone and are now stamped for the time and date of the import. Anyone out there know of a good utility that will preserve the time stamp data?
