Keep or toss?

I'm such a packrat.

My EnerMax 431W power supply is only putting out 10.2 volts on the 12V rail . . . should I hang onto it or just pitch it?

If I keep it, any chance of cracking it open and replacing any surface mount components to put it back in spec?

I do that sort of thing for a living, you'd probably be disappointed with the video. No special effects of explosions.
