Keep my fan or go with a Thermaltake Volcano 7?

I actually have a Athlon 1700+ Retail Box with the fan from AMD. I saw the Volcano 7 from Thermaltake and I'm very impressed by his low price and many reviews acclaim the fan. Do you think that this fan is better that the one I actually have and that it would be a nice idea to change my fan or do you think I should keep the fan from AMD. Thanks to anybody who will help me.

Because you have the Retail AMD fan I would think about replacing it, try a Volcano 7+. Its a better performer. Just check the sticky at the top of the forum for more reviews and links.

Forget Thermaltake. Get a Thermalright SK6 and if you really want a ard core HSF, get a Swiftech MCX 462. I always go with www.sidewindercomputers.com and they haven't done me wrong yet.
