keep my coax cable?

I was drilling a hole to try to get it bigger so I could take the cable out (had to remove the cable) and a little of the jacket got ripped off. My connection is fine...should I replace the cable? Would it be okay if I put some electrical tape on it? Thanks for any insight 🙂

should be fine, but for a neater look try using heat-shrink tubing instead of electrical tape.
