Keep monitor on..while using video out ???

Hey there,

I have a person that needs to know how to keep his monitor on AND use the video out
on their video card. Is this possible ?? I know with mine the monitor shuts off when
you switch to video out mode IE: TV and stuff.
Is there a way to override this feature ??
