I found that if you live in the Northeast... or any cold climate with snow on the ground, that you can just go outside and dip your head in the snow.

yes it's pretty desperate, but the shock will certainly keep you up for the next hour or two.

Have you tried injecting pure cafeiene into your system via needles? I hear it works wonders... Try not to share the same needle with your associates tho...

Electroshock therapy?
Alligator clips in very sensitive places?
Stab yourself?
These should all be at least mildly effective.

Are you drinking the coffee black? Don't add sugar. Simple sugars make the brain sleepy. Instead, eat a piece of fruit, because the complex sugars increase brain activity.

Temporarily switch to another caffeine. Drink green tea. Then drink something with guarana in it (one of those energy drinks?) Then go back to coffee. Just rotate it around.

Noooooo - glutens will give you a quick energy high, then you will end up with an energy low which will make you more tired. Eat some fruit and cheese.

Music does it for me. Get me some good aggro going and I'm up. System of a Down, Blue Meanies, Nine Inch Nails, good ol' Primer 55... heh, yeah.

Additionally, Bawls works wonders for me. For most everyone actually. I realize coffee doesn't do it for you, but it may be the delivery system, so to speak. Find a bottle or two and try it out.

I usually make a protein shake, just milk and whey protein. I'm not sure exactly what it does but you feel wide awake and you wake up (if you get any sleep) without feeling exhausted.
