Keep it cooler. Which case?

I'm looking at two cases, both are Lian Li.
Koolance has its water set up in a V1000
and the othe case is a Performace PC modded case using the Lian Li PC-V65BPLUS.
The 65 plus has 120 front fan & top 120 fan. Also 80 in the rear, plus a blower for the card.
Would a case with this amount of fans stay cooler or would the Koolance stay cooler ?

Plan to use AMD fx chip, single card, couple of drives.

the 1000 has ample cooling using air, so with a water cooler...
however i ruled out this case in favour of the stacker as there are many more places to mount rads etc
