So, I'm driving along the highway and its a double fine for littering zone.
I pass up, in the slow lane, a huge truck, hauling shredded paper. There's like a tarp over the top to keep all the paper inside, but the thing's flapping and shredded paper are flying everywhere. It was like, when the leaves fall off the trees in the Fall. So the whole highway's got a paper trail as the truck moves along it.
Guess he's giving those county inmates some job security. 😉
