Keep Goku from starting new threads?

Is there any way to keep Goku from starting new threads, I can tolerate his half brained shennanigans within a normal topic, but he's creating new threads left and right like ATOT is myspace.

Up until his most recent "contribution" to OT I was neutral on this issue, however I now believe we would be better off without him as well.
