Keep getting this Driver Error

I keep getting this error every time I play Rome Total War

What do you think the problem is????

Right now I'm almost positive I have a stable OC. Prime Stable, Super pi Stable, Memtest doesn't need to be ran as memory is at rated speed and timings. I'm giving the CPU, IMO, too much voltage for it's speed (2500mhz at 1.4v) as it is already stable at 1.375v. I just bumped up the voltage too see if that might be the problem.

it could be driver related, try using a different driver

cause i had freqent lockups in quake 4

then i switched to another driver, and the problem is now forever gone!!

Should I go to 82.12 or the "newer" 83.12's??

I don't mind running beta drivers, my current ones are the 81.98's.

i don't know...83.12 didn't work well for me

for some reason...it doesn't have a need for speed most wanted profile

and in the game, i couldn't move at all!!!

I'll try the 82.12's tommorow, but any other ideas/suggestions???
