Keep current PSU?

I am running a Q9550, 3 (soon to be 4) hard drives, a dvd burner, 8gb of ddr2-800, a sound card, a GTX 260 and an Intel NIC on a Silverstone Decathlon 750w modular psu. I may have to RMA this psu due to some strange problems, but I was curious if this is a good opportunity to upgrade my psu if I wanted to ditch my gtx 260 for a gtx 285 and add a hard drive. I am also going to overclock eventually. Will 750w still be good, and is the psu being modular a negative aspect? Thanks!

More than enough

and is the psu being modular a negative aspect?

Absolutely not. Actual tests done on modular connectors (which are just like any connectors...just like the connectors that actually hook up to the compontents) have shown that there is less resistance there than in the lengths of wire used to feed the compontents.

Only marketing FUD and BS would say any different.
