"KDS Visual Sensations 190"- Good monitor? Plz help

I am looking to buy this, since its cheap, and I want a 19" monitor. I have a 15" AOC monitor, that I bought back in the early 90's, and now its time to upgrade, so I was looking at the KDS Visual Sensations 190....

Is it any good? I am not looking for superior quality, but I am looking for something decent...

I dont want to get a 17", since I have used a 19" in before, and found it to be waaay better...

(I have been hearing good things about the KDS 195TF, but I cant get that for a good price, so I dont think I will be getting it )

My other choices were the Samsung SyncMaster 950 P OR the Viewsonic Q95, but both cost about $100 CDN more..

I think the Visual Sensations line is alot less quality then their Trinitron model...

NFS4 has one has this monitor and i never heard him complain about it.
