KDS Rad5c is possessed!!!

I have a weird issue going on. I built a new rig for my GF's mom using a voodoo 3 3K and it works fine with my 15" KDS Rad 5 LCD @ 1024x768 32bit 60hz and a 17" Dell monitor @ the same resolution and 85Hz.

Her mom went to Wal Mart and bought a KDS Rad5c (newer w/ speakers) and it will work @ 800x600 but the screen garbles and shimmys up and down @ 1024x768 32bit 60hz. I try the Rad5c on my PC and it works fine.

[*]Both PC's are using XP Pro Sp1.
[*]The Rad5c driver has been tried, no change.
[*]Tried a GF2 MX400 and the rad5c works fine on the new PC.

Why??? 😉
