KDS or Samsung LCD

I am looking in to buying an LCD monitor...it would be great for my dorm room. I just want a good 15 inch model $400 or below. The only other specific requirement I have is that it doesn't have a lot of noticable blur or streaking in 3d games like my laptop does. I have heard that the KDS rad 5 is a good choice, but i have been shoping around and the Samsung 150s looks interesting...i saw it on the sams club website for about 350. I also noticed that it has a 25ms pixel refresh(i think that is the right terminology) the same as the KDS so it should fair as well with the streaking as the KDS does. Any one have any thoughts on which would be better, or any other recommendations.
