KDS monitor and burnt pixel

Hey guys, I think I know the answer to this but I wanted to make sure before I called KDS tomorrow. I think I have a burnt out pixel on my monitor. It is just a tiny black dot that doesn't go away.Is my diagnosis correct or is it soemthing I can fix? KDS will send me another monitor because of the KARE program. I should just call them, right?
