Ok, the novelty of KDE has worn off and I seriously need some nice looking theme for it.
I went to kde.skins.org and kdelook.com but they all seem so juvenile....
Anyone got a good theme maybe using some transparency and I would like a sort of darker tone.

Any help would be GREAT!

Kde-look.org
Have a look there, lots of themes, everything from the lightweight "bare essentials" themes to themes with lots of flash.
For something with lots of eyecandy, have a look at Keramik and Liquid.

What distro are you running by the way?
Both Liquid and Keramik have RPM's, and Liquid has both DEBs and a Gentoo ebuild as well.

Reference the links given by the other posters for themes, but as for your transparency, you'll only get false transparency in menus and as a background to the Konsole. XFree86 (the X Window System implementation that Linux uses) does not properly support hardware accelerated, true, transparency yet. :(
