I already got it, and I'm using debian .
You can probably get it from another source if it's not in unstable yet. For people interested try apt-get.org

Damn, right you are, I just did a regular upgrade, so I didn't get it that way.
Typing this from Konqueror 3.3.

Goody, they fixed some KHTML stuff, which among other things renders Arstechnica correctly now.
