KB958559 (Virutal PC) errors out when installing on W7 SP1 ultimate

Im trying to install Windows6.1-KB958559-x86-RefreshPkg which is basically the Virtual PC part of it. I already installed the Windows XP Mode part but for some reason it errors out.

I uninstalled VMWare and VirtualBox just in case.

Any other tips?
 
I have had this happen before. My fix was to uninstall everything for Virtual PC (IIRC) there are three steps, and start over, which worked for me.

Personally, I still have licenses for XP that are unused, so I usually just go with VMware Player, which I much prefer over Virtual PC.
