Kazaa and Morpheus are exactly the same thing, and they use the same network, except for one thing:

Kazaa = Infected with spyware.
Morpheus = NO spyware.

EDIT: Here's a story from Salon about Kazaa's spyware: The parasite economy

Kazza = Morpheous

I use Ad-ware to get scan for spyware on my system...I usually see a program or two every 3 weeks.

You can't blame many people for using KaZaA because it gets a lot of everything from MP3s to videos to software

Trouble is many people are just too computer illiterate, or more often than not, simply too dumb to ignore warnings that programs come with spyware and to use a non spyware infested program.

Funny thing is Morpheus is an ad driven program as well but it only updates a small ad in the bottom left corner of the program from its own website, simply install Guidescope, or similar ad blocker and it instantly goes away :)
