Kazaa Resume Downloading Problem

Sometimes when I pause and resume downloading a file later, the redownload starts from the beginning - it doesn't resume from where it left off. I'm downloading a really large file right now but am afraid if I pause and resume, it might start from the very beginning - which is a pain in the butt for a guy on a 56k modem. So when does Kazaa resume d/ling from the very beginning so I know not to pause it and if possible, how do I force it to download from where it left off?

I've had that problem. Usually I backup the .DAT file that Kazaa makes and move it somewhere safe, that way if it does happen I can move the .DAT backup to the Kazaa folder and click resume on it, so I haven't lost any of the file.

Hope that makes sense!

You could do that and save the .dat files...or try uninstalling it and download a better version of kazaa called kazaa lite.
