Kazaa lite is dead

Speaking with RatFaced, one of the Kazaa Lite forum moderators today and our contact at K-Lite, I have uncovered news that the Kazaa Lite K++ project has been shut down by Sharman Networks on grounds of copyright infringement.....

Development on Kazaa-Lite has ceased due to this situation, however the program will continue to work fine, until who knows when.

I'm not that all surprised, if you search google for Kazaa lite you'll see the following at the bottom:

"In response to a complaint we received under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 3 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint for these removed results."
Seems obvious sharman wasn't happy

Not like a dozens of P2P apps aren't created during Kazaa Lite's time. The problem is that it splits people up so much it must make it harder to get stuff. You lose features too.

K++ worked great for me before, not sure about now (haven't been on lately).

For music I like Soulseek the best. It's populated by musice nerds so you can get full albums some of very good rare stuff.
