kazaa lite doubt

what are the lil speedup tools that come with kazaa lite.... they look awfully shady so i didnt install them...

The only tool I use is "Speed Up". It actually works, increased my speeds 100%.

How it works is that you can set how often you want the program to have Kazaa search for more sources instead of you having to manually click on the bottom for each download. I would go as far to say that Speed Up should be a requirement for Kazaa.

They keep refreshing the downloads. Searching for more, new & faster sources is now automatic. It's not like all those gimicky "Internet speed booster" applications :)

Hell yeah! I was leery of "speedup" but I gave it a whirl anyways (that is what the Norton AV is for, right?), and right clicked on the icon in the system tray, and selected "Find more sources now"... WOW that is fantastic!

I d/l'ed over 50 GB of (very large video files) in about 5 days.... Maybe it works too well....

I need a faster burner;)

Kazaa lite + Kornet Megapass service= all the American entertainment I miss so much...

Yes, "Speed Up" is an excellent piece of software and should be built in to Kazaa. It's should be a requirement
