Kazaa lite and blank spots in songs...

Anyone have any trouble with blank spots in songs they get from kazaa? Mine will play for like 10 seconds and then its silent for 10 seconds, but its still playing.... Anyone know how to fix this?

Can't beat true CD quality. If you like a song enough to want to fix the silence, why not buy a real copy?

Yes "the record company gets almost all the money" but if they don't the artist gets dropped by the label and doesn't get paid to make their next CD. Then what will you "infringe"?

Aside from buying the CD, get Kazza (the normal version) and ADAware. This will remove the annoying Spyware and a pop-up stopper will prevent the annoying pop-ups

If you use adaware to remove the spyware on Kazaa, doesn't Kazaa quit working? That was the whole point of KazaaLite.

The spyware itself sits in the registry and a few files here and there (I believe). As long as you remove the correct ones, you should be ok.

If not, try AudioGalaxy, WinMX or Gnutella

it's not a problem with your software... people (believed to be riaa) are putting songs like this on there to somewhat make it more of a pain for people to download songs.. the song will appear normal, the same length and size.. but it will either just be the course looped over and over or play for 10 seconds and pause for 10.. look for the song again and also check for words like "no loops" and "real version" etc..

Kazaa stops working if you use adaware on it becuase it removes the cd_clint.dll file.. you can replace it with a dummy one.. or just get Kazaa lite which does not contain any spywear to begin with
