Kazaa Lite 2.0 question

I chose to share only my folder with my MP3's, but every media file is being shared. Including family pictures. And people are actually downloading them. I know how to go into My Kazaa and click on each file, and unshare it, but I have hundreds of pictures and am not going through each one. What can I do short of disabling sharing all together?

Take all the pictures out of your shared folder and keep the mp3z

I'd suggest that you not save your family pictures with the following words: hot, teen, milf, bare, etc. This alone would prevent the pictures coming up during most of the searches. On a serious note, I wish I had a better answer for you. With regards to my settings, only the sound files are present and not the other contents.

Well, actually, my pics aren't in my shared folder. They're in d:\pics. I think I imported all files in D:\ once, so they come up in the folders in My Kazaa. In the folder list, I only have my mp3 folder checked, but the pics are shared too. Yeah, I thought anyone downloading pics would just be looking for porn, but they downloaded one called Mom & Dad Christmas.jpg, and alot of Kodak default names like DCP674.jpg. Weird. I just disabled sharing, and I'll have a low priority. Big deal.

i dont know if it works in version 2.0... but in 1.7 you could go to the image folder, click first, shift click on last, then right click>stop sharing to get all the files selected unshared in one go...

Try to uninstall and then reinstall. Might work.

I tried that last night, and it would hang up, then Kazaa would crash. However, today it worked! Thanks!

Rather than starting another Kazaa lite question thread I'll just hijack this one .... I just DLed version 2.0 and when I do searches I'm getting all these low quality hits mostly 128s and the odd 160. It seems there used to be a hack to remove the limit bitrate yet I cannot remember it. Can someone refresh my memory or tell me how to do this in Kazaa lite. (I'm remembering Morpheus I think)
