I recently installed this program but I noticed that some web pages and advertisments are not displayed. Rather they are blocked from my viewing. This is good for someone who wants this kind of feature but not me. I uninstalled the program but I still have the problem. Can anyone out there tell me how I can get my PC back to display advertisments and some sites? I'm on Windows XP Pro btw and I read that it has something to do with the "hosts" in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc" directory. Though I replaced the file with the original one and I still have the problem. I don't want to format since I just did it 2 times in the past 3 days.

Please help.

Thanks :).

What does that hosts file do? Because I did get it and it blocks some of my regularly visited web sites :(.
I don't want that.

Help.

Guys, please, I don't want Kazaa Lite nor Opera. I just want my PC to act like it did before I installed Kazaa Lite. Any ideas which system files I shuld replace?

Hosts file.

Why did you install Kazaa Lite if you wanted ads? That's the whole purpose of Kazaa Lite is it not? Just install Kazaa instead. I hear Kazaa 2 has even more Spyware so you may want to get it.

Thanks Slickone... I got it fixed.

I didn't know that by installing Kazaa Lite it blocks ads and web sites in your IE. I only thought it does it within Kazaa Lite program.
