Ive got a question for all you kazaa and morpheus users out there.. does it use a lot of your system resources when its running?? i mean.. it really slows my computer down.. ive got a P3 1GHZ processor and 512 MB of RAM so i really dont know why it slows it down so much.. running Win2k...

is there anything i can do about this??

If you have your computer set up as a super node it will use 10% of your CPU power

under options > functions > uncheck supernode.

should work... orderwise most likely to be user problem (you)
i use my POS 733 to fetch/serve the files. its got 256 MB ram and either or 56k or Cable... so far no problem, nor have i heard anything from anyone i know.

hmm.. same problem here.

Using morpheus, I have about 3 users downloading at the moment, I'm not downloading anything, and there is about 50 uploads completed.

my system (win2k, p733, 384 MB) got noticeably slower.. less responsive..

weird??

-edit-
WOW! according to windows task manager, morpheus.exe is using 60-65% CPU!!! no sh!t~~

btw, that's after I just disabled the supernode option. I think it might need a restart before it takes an effect.
